COLLABORATING WITH 'RIGGLE ME THAT NON-PROFIT, OUR TALENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM IS AN INTERNSHIP PROGRAM DESIGNED TO RAISE UP THE NEXT FULL-SENSORY TRANS-MEDIA PROFESSIONALS. WE GIVE STUDENTS AND FREELANCE WORKERS REAL WORLD EXPERIENCE AS WELL AS PROFESSIONAL CREDITS THAT WILL ALLOW THEM ROOM TO ADVANCE IN THEIR PROSPECTIVE FIELDS OF CHOICE. TENTH WONDER IS SEEKING INTERNS PREFERABLY WITH A MAJOR IN FINE/DIGITAL ARTS OR COMMUNICATIONS TO WORK WITH US FOR A 3 MONTH CYCLING PERIOD. INTERNS WILL BE ASSISTING IN MULTIPLE PROJECTS WITH CHANGING REQUIREMENTS. MEETING FREQUENTLY UPDATED AND TIGHT DEADLINES ARE ESSENTIALS FOR THE INTERNSHIPS.

IMPORTANT BECAUSE WE ARE BRIDGING THE GAP BETWEEN ACCESSIBILITY AND IMPACTFUL FULL SENSORY EXPERIENCES FOR THE AUDIENCES THAT ARE DEPRIVED OF THE ELEVATED STORYTELLING AS A FORM OF RESTORATIVE JUSTICE FOR THE COMMUNITIES THEY REPRESENT.
Shayla has experienced over 23 years of success in the entertainment industry both in front of the camera, and behind. She also has a background in Non-Profit Development and Business Management. Shayla started on Network television working for BET, Universal NBC, Oxygen, UPN, and the CW. She is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts where she trained in classical theater and writing. When she graduated, she toured doing classical theater internationally. Shayla saw a lack of diversity in the classical space, so she started her production company ShayTime Features. ShayTime creates and produces content with a classical feel for actors of color. Her project, "Gods Of Empires" has recently been developed into an RPG (role playing game) by New Hero Studios and is currently available for sale. Determined to conquer the business side of entertainment, Shayla interned and became a full-time sales agent at Echelon Studios. After 4 years Shayla co-founded The Hudson Sterling Firm. The Hudson Sterling Firm is a production company that helps BIPOC independent artists get their content developed and distributed. The Firm has raised over $7 Million in financing, sold over 6,000 acquisitions worldwide, and developed relationships with buyers in over 80 countries. Hudson Sterling is now an official member of the International Film and Television Alliance (IFTA.) Shayla has produced on over 43 projects and helped many producers realize their dreams by helping them come to an accurate knowledge of Distribution, Film Finance, Sales, Packaging, and Development. You can see some of her acquisitions on Tubi, Hulu, Amazon, Netflix, Roku, iTunes, Showmax, IrokoTV, SmartTV, and many more platforms all over the world.
ThurZday, is affectionately called “the one-stop-shop production girl” by her industry colleagues. Most notably known for her reoccurring role in the 2015 MTV series “Todrick”, ThurZday is an entertainer, producer and creative director. She has accumulated several genre-crossing production credits over the past decade. Notable clients including Warner, ABC, and Discovery network. ThurZday blends sharp production supervision skills with on the ground ingenuity to create efficient and seamless environments for presentations of all kinds. Under her supervision, ThurZday manage to increase revenue at the "CC" Studios, formally in North Hollywood, by 1066.6 percent. This feat managed while overseeing all business and operations. During ThurZday’s time working for the ABC ‘s Bachelor franchise, ThurZday oversaw logistics for fifteen Departments, and 10 active camera crews at a time while lone producing special staff events for personnel. ThurZday is most proud of the opportunities she has been able to provide for her community in the upper/middle-class dominated industry spaces. Her company, Custom Live ENT, LLC provides accessible digital, event and stage production services to obscure, growing entities as an act of restorative justice for those forging through the limitations of marginalization.
Tobias Dalton has 24 years of experience as a performer, producer, and is an accomplished linguist. Working with global brands such as Paramount Pictures and Universal Studios Hollywood, Tobias saw an accessibility gap in the filmmaking industry and created Riggle Me That Non-profit, a foundational Tenth Wonder education and workforce partner.
As the founder and Vice President of the “Edu-tainment” Non-Profit Organization, Riggle Me That, Tobias has led RMT to realize its mission of bringing healing arts programming across communities and has launched successful concentrated efforts for artistic expression outlets designed for our nation's heroes. To date, RMT has founded the annual programs Thou Art Kids Classic, The Curtain Call of Duty, The Classical Theatre Festival and the BIPOC Indie Production Initiative, resulting in a 40% growth in its student participation of the two operational years. The fruitful infrastructure launched a year-long after school program for grades 7 - 12.
Tobias is also a part of the accredited Hudson Sterling Firm team as a producer and Sales agent. The Company has over 6,000 acquisitions available across streaming sites and global territories with a one hundred percent success rate.
As a proud member of the United States Airforce Tobias' military expertise in combat arms, weapons training and maintenance, has enabled him to lead safe, educational systems curated by highly credible military and weapons subject matter experts. Melding Tobias' expertise in entertainment production and military operations, He stands at the helm of supervising authentic representations of combat operations and battlefield tactics in all of Tenth Wonder’s IP.
Deidre Johnson is the CEO and Executive Director of the Center for African American Health, a community-based organization dedicated to empowering the Black community to make informed health decisions that benefit the whole person through education, collaboration and advocacy. Johnson is an ASCEND Aspen Institute Colorado Children and Families Health and Human Services Fellow, a Transformative Leadership for Change Fellow, a Bonfils-Stanton Foundation Livingston Fellow, and an Adjunct Professor in the University of Denver, University College Nonprofit Leadership Program.
A results-oriented executive, Johnson has an extensive background in strategic planning, grant making, grants management, fundraising, program development, project management, strategic learning and systems evaluation. She has been recognized among peers as an exceptionally creative, innovative, collaborative, adaptive leader who consistently achieves professional and organizational goals.
Johnson currently serves on the following boards and steering committees: Colorado Public Radio Board of Directors, Colorado Maternal Health Task Force, Rose Community Foundation Community Grant-making Committee, Yale Philanthropy Conference Advisory Board and Colorado State Senator James Coleman’s Health Care Policy Cabinet. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Princeton University and an MBA from Yale School of Management.
With 18 years of experience in visual design and software development, Nicole’s expertise includes UX/UI research, design, and programming across digital platforms including web/mobile and extended realities (XR). Nicole blends fine art techniques with digital processes to create immersive experiences that push boundaries, break conventions, and unleash creativity in ways that evoke emotions, challenge our perceptions, and connect with us on a deeper level. For Nicole, it's not just about the visual spectacle, her work endeavors to leverage digital design and XR as creative tools, breaking down the boundaries of traditional art forms and opening up new immersive and interactive experiences for her audiences and end-users.
